RETURN & REFUND POLICY

                    Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your new item. If it isn't quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted out.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your T-shirt must meet the following criteria:

• It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• It must be free of any stains (such as makeup or deodorant), pet hair, or strong odors.

To start a return, please send an email to thatsmyjam@tuta.com (Please put RETURN in the subject line). with the following details:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Contact Information
• Reason for return
• Photo/s of item

Once we receive your email, our team will review the request and reply within 1–2 business days with instructions on how and where to ship your package back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item does not fit properly we will exchange the item for the size of your choice. Only 1 exchange per order will be accepted.
