After a year of tossing around the idea of hosting karaoke events at a bar and restaurant where I once worked, I woke up one day and decided to invest in some professional karaoke equipment. Just one speaker, a microphone, a small TV, and a tablet were all it took to get started. There was no big plan other than to hold a karaoke night once a week at one location. It quickly became a hit, with the crowd growing bigger each week. We received fantastic feedback from customers, prompting me to offer private karaoke events alongside our weekly gatherings at local establishments. Just three months in, it became clear that we were onto something special. With this realization, I put together a plan, purchased additional professional karaoke equipment, built a website, and established That's My Jam LLC. I knew this venture could grow, and I was determined to create a unique and entertaining experience for everyone—both young and old—from all walks of life. That's My Jam is still in its early stages, but we are dedicated, determined, and driven to become the #1 mobile karaoke experience in Connecticut
